We are a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Many patients find our transparent flat-rate pricing is comparable to or less than their out-of-pocket insurance costs. We can provide a superbill if you want to submit for reimbursement on your own.

Not at all. You are welcome to come in for a single visit first and decide later. If you do choose a package on your first visit, we apply the package rate to that day so you are not paying single-visit pricing and then buying a package on top.

No. Packages and prepaid sessions never expire. Use them at whatever pace works for you.

It depends entirely on what you are dealing with and how your body responds. We will give you an honest assessment after your first visit and will not string you along. Some patients need a handful of visits, others benefit from ongoing maintenance. You will never be pressured into more than you need.

Red light therapy, also called photobiomodulation, uses specific wavelengths of light that penetrate into tissue and signal your cells to ramp up their repair process. More cellular energy means faster healing and better recovery. It is completely painless, takes about 10 minutes, and pairs naturally with chiropractic adjustments and shockwave therapy. It works well for acute injuries, chronic pain that has plateaued, joint pain, muscle soreness, inflammation, and post-surgical recovery. We use a clinical-grade panel rather than consumer devices, which means the wavelengths and power output are actually capable of producing meaningful results.

Shockwave therapy delivers targeted acoustic pulses to injured tissue to break down scar tissue, stimulate blood flow, and accelerate healing. It is especially effective for chronic tendon issues like plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injuries, and calcifications. How often shockwave is used within a plan is always determined clinically, not applied every visit by default.
