A few things worth knowing before your visit

  • ✓ Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to your foot and heel area.
  • ✓ Bring any imaging or prior treatment records if you have them. Not required, but helpful.
  • ✓ Plan for about 45 minutes for your first visit including the exam and first treatment if you proceed.
  • ✓ There is no recovery downtime. Most patients return to normal activity the same day.
  • ✓ It is normal to feel some mild soreness after your first session. This typically fades within 24 hours and is a sign your body is responding.
